Bolan Written by Blake E. Bolan and Laura Leffler Created with Umbrella Collective and the ensembles A reimagining of the Oedipus mythology, THESE ARE THE MEN examines love, hope and beauty hidden in the darkness of one of ancient Greece’s greatest tragedies. Through the many relationships of Jocasta, we explore the intersection of time, fate, and freewill through Jocasta’s eyes. Soundscapes and movement combine with text to ask: Is ignorance of the past (and future) truly bliss? Presented as part of the Southern Theater’s ARTshare. Tickets are available to ARTshare members ($18/mo. for all-you-can-theater all year long!). Single tickets can be purchased for $24.
