Here's to 2016!

2015 is coming to a close, and it has been a momentous year for Savage Umbrella. It's been our first year with SPACE as an artistic home for SU and a resource for our Twin Cities performance community. It's been the first year of ARTshare, which has opened up the beautiful Southern Theater to us and the other resident companies. It's been a year of critically acclaimed and engaging creative work - Freaks, These Are The Men, Penelope and Sweet Dreams, Alfie.

So of course we're looking forward to 2016. We're looking forward to more parties in SPACE, more playing with our newly expanded company members, new collaborations, friends, and of course, new plays.

First up in the new year is the full staging of  June, opening in February as part of ARTshare at the Southern. The best way to see it and all the shows throughout the year is to join the program, so do yourself a favor before the year is out and become a member.
